Shipping from United Kingdom
For large furniture items delivery for mainland England & Wales postcodes is carried out by our supplier's own in house delivery team. It takes a little longer but is a cost effective and bespoke service, caring for your item from warehouse until inside your home. Where assembly is required our team DO NOT undertake this but assembly is minimal & not at all like flat pack goods. The delivery team do not take away packaging, if you require this then you need to contact us in advance of delivery for us to arrange it (at an extra cost). The team are required to bring the item in to your home but are not required to carry it upstairs. You can ask them to do this for you but it is entirely at their discretion and not an obligation of the service. They do not leave items at 3rd party premises or outside premises and a signature is always required.
Large furniture item deliveries to mainland Scotland & Northern Ireland are delivered on pallets by a 3rd party delivery service.
For smaller furniture items & accessories delivery is by either: Yodel, DPD or Parcelforce.
PLEASE ENSURE you retain all original packaging as returns can only be accepted in the original packaging.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
RETURNS POLICY -please read
All items must be inspected upon delivery & before signing. The signature on the proof of delivery (P.O.D) form constitutes your acceptance of the item's condition. Items cannot be returned due to signs of visible damage or defect if you have accepted the goods*
We retain P.O.D details and delivery images taken by the drivers.
All reproduction items have deliberate flaws & slight imperfections in their finish as part of the aged/hand finished look. We do not accept returns for these.
Any returns due to a change of mind will incur a deduction of the delivery and return cost from the final refund.
ALL 2 - 5 DAY COURIER DELIVERIES:
All goods must be inspected and problems reported to us within 48 hrs of receipt. Returns due to change of mind are accepted if requested within 14 days of delivery.
We do not refund delivery and collection costs for the return of goods for any other reason than damaged or defective.
In the rare case that you receive an item that is faulty we will replace rather than refund.
You must contact us and submit full details of the reason for return and submit images.
All items MUST be returned in their original packaging. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the refund for the packaging costs.
In order to process a return due to a problem with the item you MUST submit photographs of the damage/problem areas & a full description of the problem.
For return of goods delivered by Yodel, DPD or Parcelforce please state which day of the week (Mon-Fri, 9-5) that is suitable for collection.
*items undergo a quality control inspection before leaving the warehouse.
